| 摘 要： | 企业核心能力日益受到管理理论界与实践界的关注 ,成为热点问题之一。论文在评述已有企业核心能力主要理论观点的基础上 ,探讨企业核心能力内在的逻辑结构 ,提出新的企业核心能力框架——三层次模型。作者认为 ,企业核心能力是一个能力系统 ,由能力元和能力构架构成 ,它具有层次结构 ,可以分为战略整合能力、组合整合能力、技术整合能力三个层次。并且运用该三层次模型 ,对企业核心能力进行了实证分析

| Abstract: | The core competence of enterprises has become a widely concerned subject in recent years among theorists and management personnel. Based on the existing theory of core competence, this paper analyzes the logical inner structure of the enterprise core competence. It also puts forward a new theory, three\|layer structure which consists of strategy integration, organizing integration and technology integration. Finally, this paper provides a real case on the core competence on the basis of this three\|layer structure theory. |
