| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化背景下,随着国际直接投资实践活动的蓬勃发展,国际直接投资理论也不断得到丰富和发展.通过对各种国际直接投资理论的概述与评析,提炼、总结出有关国际直接投资理论的一般分析框架,并从中得出了对我国发展对外直接投资活动的几点启示.

| Abstract: | In the background of the economic globalization, the theory of international direct investment has been continuously enriched and perfected with rapid development of international direct investment practice. Based on brief introduction and comments on various kinds of theories of international direct investment, a general analysis pattern of the international direct investment is abstracted and summed up in the paper. At the same time, some enlightenments on China's foreign direct investment are got from it. |
