| 摘 要： | 商业模式的正确选择是网络时代企业发展的根本条件。本文提出,现有的商业模式理论由于未能提供有关模式创新方面的知识而严重制约了对实践的指导意义,而模式创新研究涉及到关于商业模式的基础要素的识别与确认,本文应用Meta方法对这种基础要素进行分析归纳,得出了商业模式的Meta要素,在此基础上探讨了基于路径特征的模式创新类型和相应的策略体系。

| Abstract: | The right selection of the business model is the basic condition of the enterprise development in network time.The paper suggests that the value of the present theory about the business model has seriously restricted the guiding significance in practice because of the absence of the innovation knowledge about the business model and that the study of the model innovation is related to identification and confirmation of the basic elements of the business model.Applying Meta frame,this paper analyses its basic elements,then explores the innovation category and the corresponding strategy system of the business model based on its course characteristics. |
