中小企业供应链管理的汇率风险决策分析

中小企业的经营面临越来越多的风险,汇率风险就是其中之一.中小企业在供应链管理中,实施怎样的供应链风险管理策略,降低供应链风险对企业整个供应链的影响,是我国众多中小企业亟待解决的一个重要问题.将汇率风险纳入中小企业供应链的决策模型中加以考虑,提高中小企业供应链的稳定性和运作效率是中小企业供应链管理的关键.文章建立了基于汇率风险的中小企业供应链决策模型,并进行实证,为中小企业的供应链管理决策提供参考.

Analyses of decision-making for exchange rate risk in supply chain management of small and medium-sized enterprises

There are a lot of risks in the small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) management, and the exchange rate risk is one of them. In SMEs management, it is an important issue how to adopt the supply chain risk mangement tactics and reduce supply chain risk. The exchange rate risk is taken into account to model in making decision. In SMEs supply chain management, which makes SMEs supply chain stabler and more efficient, it is a key to mangage SMEs supply chain. This paper presents a decision-making model based on the exchange rate risk in SMEs supply chain managements, and demonstrates it in order to support decision-making in SMEs supply chain management.
