| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and evaluates the research results of the existing medium and small\|sized enterprise cluster in the US from the following aspects: the definition and the ways to recognize these medium and small\|sized enterprises; factors that promote the development of these enterprises; the policies for these enterprises. Some suggestions for China's plan to promote the clusters are also put forward in this paper. |
