| 摘 要： | 语言是社会交际的工具,社会的发展是语言发展的根本原因和基本条件。网络语言也同样是随着网络信息社会的出现而产生的,对其产生的原因、本身特点以及发展趋势,也只有在对网络社会全面考察基础上才能找到答案。

| Abstract: | The language is a tool of the social communication, and the development of the society is the fundamental cause of the development of the language and the basic condition. The network language is also produced with the emergence of the information-based society of the network. The answer to its cause of emergence, its own characteristics and the development trends can only be found out on the basis of observing the society of the network all-sidedly. |
