| 摘 要： | 随着教育体制改革的进一步深化,高水平研究型大学的建设已经成为一批重点高校的发展目标,而研究型大学的建设需要雄厚的资金作为支撑和保障。文章通过分析研究型大学的建设特色和财务能力的含义,围绕高校财务活动能力、高校财务管理能力和高校财务表现能力三个指标,设计了一套用于评价高校财务能力的指标体系,并在财务管理体制和运行机制、资金的筹集和运用、财务风险防范、财务信息化建设和财务运营管理等几个方面给出了提高研究型大学财务能力的具体建设方法。
