| 摘 要： | 精益生产与六西格玛管理都是有效的质量改进方法,二者的结合对企业提高质量管理水平、增强竞争优势具有重要作用.通过深入探讨精益与六西格玛的本质,剖析二者整合的优势,结合我国企业精益六西玛应用的实际,指出了在我国企业实施精益六西格玛应注意的一些关键问题. |

| Abstract: | Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma are two effective methodologies in quality improvement,and their combination will make significant effect on improving the level of quality management and enhancing enterprise's competitive predominance.According to the exploration of the essence of Lean and Six Sigma,the paper illustrates the advantages of their combination.Based on the application of Lean Six Sigma in China,it points out the key issues during implementation. |
