| Abstract: | Regarding one construction enterprise in Chongqing as the case,by investigating and researching into the current situation of the performance managing of the construction enterprises and the staff's understanding and idea of performance management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance management of construction enterprises.And then,the authors propose some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
