高等学校教师核心竞争力形成的学术生态

摘    要:学术生态是由"学术—教师—环境"构成的,以高校教师为主体,为实现学术活动的目的所形成的动态系统。和谐的学术生态有利于促进高校教师核心竞争力的提升,反之,错位的学术生态将对教师核心竞争力的形成起阻碍作用。一般来说,影响学术生态的主要环境因素包括教师管理制度、大学的精神、学术文化等,它们共同对高校教师的学术活动产生影响。改革教师管理制度、塑造大学精神、彰显优秀的学术文化是营造和谐学术生态的基础。
