| 摘 要： | 以中国综合社会调查（CGSS2005）的数据和问卷为基础,运用Binary Logistic回归模型对我国城市居民社区政治参与的影响因素进行了实证分析,发现：年龄、社区类型、是否党员、单位性质和阶层认同因素对居民社区居委会换届选举的投票行为影响显著；而收入、住房产权因素对社区居民投票行为影响不显著,并分别对其进行了理论解释与分析.最后对将来我国城市社区建设和基层治理问题提出了政策建议.

| Abstract: | Based on the data of CGSS2005 and questionnaire, by using regression model of Binary Logistic, we made an empirical study on the factors influencing citizen political participation in urban communities. The result shows that such factors as age, community type, political affiliation, company type and class identification have significant influence on the voting behavior of community citizens, while factors like income and ownership of current housing didn＇t have significant influence. Besides, we made a theoretical explanation and analysis on this result and then made suggestions on the governance of communities and on the construction of Chinese urban community in future. |
