综合性高校艺术专业寝室文化建设途径探讨

当前综合性高校艺术专业学生思想政治教育面临着新的挑战和各种难点,寝室文化建设作为学生思想政治教育和行为习惯修养形成的重要教育阵地,是校园文明程度的重要窗口.以寝室文化建设这一微小阵地为切入点,以西南石油大学艺术学院为例,分析了综合性高校艺术专业学生的特点以及他们寝室文化建设现状和存在的问题,并参照高校寝室文化建设方案,提出艺术专业寝室文化建设的途径,包括规范管理、人文关怀、艺术文化等三方面,为高校管理人员有针对性地开展思想政治教育提供借鉴.

Approaches to the Construction of Dormitory Culture for Art Majors in Comprehensive Universities

Currently, the ideological and political education of art students in comprehensive universities is faced with new challenges and difficulties. Dormitory culture construction is an important means of ideological and political education which contributes to the development of student behavior, and also reflects the level of campus culture. Taking dormitory culture construction in College of Art in Southwest Petroleum University for example, this paper analyzes the characteristics of art major students in comprehensive universities and current situation and the existing problems in their dormitory culture construction. According to the plan of university dormitory culture construction, we put forward approaches to dormitory culture construction for art major students, which include standardized management, humanistic care, arts and culture. We hope to provide references for management in colleges and universities to carry out ideological and political education.
