新生代农民工城市融人的社会保障分析

农民工彻底融入城市是我国社会转型和人口结构变化的关键因素，但这一进程受到制度排斥和农民工自身素质双重因素的制约，作为市场机制基本内容的社会保障体系关系着制度支持和农民工个体作用的发挥，其完善与否一定程度上强化或弱化了农民工融入城市的能力。试图创立新生代农民工城市融入的社会保障分析模式，分析社会保障对此过程产生的影响，为推动新生代农民工城市融入、完善相关社会保障体系提出对应的政策建议。

An Analysis of Social Security System for the New Generation of Migrant Workers＇ Blending into Urban Life

Migrant workers＇ blending into urban society is the key factor in social transformation and demographic transition in China. Unfortunately, the process of urban blending is constrained by both the institutional exclusion and migrant workers＇ self-quality. Social security system is the basic component of market system which exerts a great influence in both policy support and personal function of migrant workers. Therefore, it may exert either posi- tive or negative influence on migrant workers＇ ability to blend into urban life. This paper tries to establish an analy- sis mode of the social security system for the new generation of migrant workers＇ urban blending, discussing its in- fluence on the urban blending process. And suggestions are made about the promotion of migrant workers＇ urban blending and improvement of related social security systems.
