| 摘 要： | 在现行评价体系下，被引频次标志着期刊所发论文的影响力，决定着期刊影响因子的高低，进而决定期刊的档次。影响期刊被引频次高低的因素很多，除论文本身的质量外，其决定性因素与学科类别有关，同时也与时间因素、空间因素、刊物因素、人为因素等有关。因此，应该正确对待被引频次问题。

| Abstract: | Citation frequency reflects the influence of the articles published by an academic journal and determines the impact factor of the journal.However,citation frequency is influenced by many factors.Besides the quality of the article itself,citation frequency of an academic paper is also related to its subject field,time for publication,the author's social and academic circle,and other human factors.Therefore,we should hold a more rational attitude to citation frequency of academic papers. |
