服务型领导的研究视角及未来展望

随着知识经济和信息社会的兴起,服务型领导已成为近年来领导学和管理学关注的热点问题之一。通过分析服务型领导的提出过程,追溯蕴含服务型领导思想的几种文化思想,指出国内外学者对服务型领导的研究主要遵循了领导特质视角、领导-成员视角和领导-组织视角三个角度,并指出现有研究的不足。在此基础上提出了包含服务型领导的影响因素和作用效果的综合研究模型,展望了服务型领导的未来研究方向,以期对服务型领导的后续研究提供相应的基础和启示。

Research Perspectives and Future Research Prospects of Servant Leadership

With the emergence of knowledge economy and information society,servant leadership has become a hot topic in the field of leadership and management research in recent years. Analyzing the process of the emergence of the concept of servant leadership,tracing various cultures that contain ideas similar to servant leadership,this paper points out that the study of servant leadership at home and abroad are done mainly from leader attribute perspective,leader-member perspective and leader-organization perspective. Limitations exist in current leadership research. Therefore,this paper puts forward a comprehensive research model containing the influence factors and effect of servant leadership,and predicts the future development of servant leadership research,hoping to lay a foundation for further studies.
