石油精神融入石油高校思想政治教育的路径探索

石油精神是新中国石油工业战线的传家宝，是中华民族伟大精神的重要组成部分，其基本内核包含爱国、创业、求实、奉献等要素。石油高校应将石油精神融入到思想政治教育的各个环节，增强思想政治教育的实效性，使石油精神助推大学生的成长成才，促进石油行业的长远发展。在将石油精神融入思想政治教育的过程中，当前仍然面临着来自各方面的阻力和挑战。为了将石油精神进一步有效融入到石油高校思想政治教育，石油高校在立足内容丰富和形式创新相统一的基础上，必须做到：打造“思政课程”+“课程思政”的理论教学体系，强化学生对石油精神的认知；建构“行业”+“文化”的石油文化教学体系，增进学生对石油精神的认同；完善“线上”+“线下”的实践教学体系，加强学生对石油精神的践行。

Integrating Petroleum Spirit into Ideological and Political Education of Petroleum Universities

Petroleum spirit,a combination of patriotism,entrepreneurship,factualism,and dedication,is the heirloom of new China's petroleum industry and an important part of the national spirit of China. Integrating petroleum spirit into the ideological and political education of petroleum universities will benefit both the students and the petroleum industry. However,there exist difficulties and challenges in the process of the integration. Therefore,in order to integrate petroleum spirit into the ideological and political education of petroleum universities, we must do the following three things:to build an "Ideological and Political Courses"+"Ideological and Political Education in Courses" teaching system of ideological and political theory to enhance students' understanding of petroleum spirit;to build an "industry"+"culture" teaching system of petroleum culture to enhance students' acceptance of petroleum spirit; to improve the "online"+"offline" teaching mode to improve the students' practice of petroleum spirit.
