| 摘 要： | 以一个典型的案例为出发点说明在FOB贸易术语下的出口贸易一般是由进口人租船订舱，境外买方正是利用FOB贸易术语的规定，在海上货物运输环节上做手脚，使我国出口企业陷入困境。如何识别FOB术语下买方的欺诈陷阱，并针对这些陷阱给出防止被骗的建议更具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | Illustrated with a typical case, for export trade under the term of FOB, it is usually up to the buyer to rent ship cabin for goods shipment. The oversea buyer cheats the seller on goods shipment link by making use of the regulation of FOB term, which has brought many domestic exporting enterprises into troubles. This paper discusses as to how to identify the buyers cheating behaviors under the term of FOB, and propose some suggestions against them. |
