| 摘 要： | 农民工是生活在我国城市边缘的一个特殊劳动群体。其规模和社会影响已成为了一种不可忽视的社会现象。其基本权益保障是一个令人堪忧的社会热点话题。建立农民工社会保障体系、改革户籍制度、加强立法建设等是改变农民工现状的根本性举措,而现实效用不足以缓解该问题的紧迫性,必须建立专门的组织机构来对应。

| Abstract: | The farmer-laborers are special groups who live in the margins of cities in China. Their scale and society affects have become an obvious social phenomenon. But their basic rights and interests guarantee have already been a heated social problem. It is fundamental to establish the farmer-laborers social security system, improve the domicile system, strengthen the legalistic construction to change the present situation of farmer laborers, but the insufficiency of its realistic affect has alleviated this question, so corresponsive organizations must be established to solve this problem. |
