循环经济在贵阳的实践

传统经济模式已不能支撑作为资源型城市的贵阳,在西部大开发的过程中实现经济社会的跨越式发展,全面建设小康社会的需求,转变经济增长方式,发展循环经济是贵阳市的必然选择。贵阳市以循环经济模式创建生态城市,最终目标是建设成为循环型经济和循环型社会的生态城市。实践证明:资源型城市特别适合发展循环经济,发展循环经济可以不受其经济发达程度的制约。循环经济应覆盖第一、二、三产业,覆盖生产领域和消费领域,这样才能在社会层面上形成循环经济的网络体系。

Circular Economy--Practice in Guiyang

In the Western Development Campaign,the traditional economic mode can no longer sustain Guiyang,a resource-based developing city,to build a society of moderate prosperity in an all-round way,and thus achieve a quantum leap in social and economic development.It is therefore an inevitable choice for Guiyang to transform the mode of economic growth and carry out initiatives of circular economy.To build an ecological city in the mode of circular economy,Guiyang has set its ultimate goal as building an eco city featuring circular economy and circular-based society.Practice has proved developing Circular Economy is an ideal approach for resource-based cities,and is applicable both in developed and developing areas.Circular Economy should be implemented in industrial,agricultural and service sectors and should be carried out in both production and consumption sectors.In this way,we will be able to create a network of Circular Economy across the society.
