| 摘 要： | 知政权作为公法领域的知情权,是现代民主政治的基石和具体体现。知政权的确认和实现,满足了民众了解国家事务、参与国家管理愿望的需要;知政权的保障有利于民众监督国家机关及其工作人员的活动,从制度上根治腐败;有利于过渡转型社会的和谐发展。
