贵州茶叶出口技术壁垒问题研究

摘    要:贵州茶叶出口面临的技术壁垒有:发达国家的茶叶农药残留限量标准、国内食品卫生认证标准以及国家商检局的茶叶农药残留限量标准。这些技术壁垒使贵州茶叶出口陷入困境。贵州茶叶农药残留达标状况的调查表明:首先要转变营销观念,增强绿色生产意识,创造市场需求;生产上应强化茶叶农药源头管理,科学合理防治病虫害;尽快完善与国际标准接轨的国内茶叶农残标准建设;建立茶叶出口基地,提高产品质量,走发展品牌的道路,最终实现贵州茶叶产业的振兴。

Abstract:The technical barriers confronted by Guizhou in exporting tea are the limitation standard of pesticide residue on tea of developed countries, domestic food hygiene appraisal standard and national limitation standard of pesticide residue on tea, putting the exporting industry of Guizhou tea into dilemma. The investigation on the pesticide residue on tea in Guizhou shows that the following steps should be taken: first, transfer the old marketing thoughts and strengthen the healthy manufacturing awareness to create the market; second, enhance the management of using pesticide and prevent disease and insect pest scientifically and rationally; third, perfect as soon as possible the establishment of standard; fourth, set up tea exporting base, improve the quality of products and develop the brand name product.
