党加强先进性建设的实践与理论——以社会主义市场经济为背景

党的十四届三中全会作出建立社会主义市场经济体制的决定,在新中国的发展史上是一次重大转折。党围绕建立社会主义市场经济体制的要求,不断加强自身的先进性建设,开展了马克思主义政党发展史上独有的、在社会主义市场经济条件下加强先进性建设的实践,形成了在社会主义市场经济条件下加强先进性建设的系列宝贵经验,为今后的先进性建设提供了三条重要启示,独创性地提出了在社会主义市场经济条件下加强先进性建设的科学理论,并根据我们党已经执政和发展社会主义市场经济这两大背景,努力构建社会主义市场经济条件下保持党的先进性建设的长效机制。

Practice and Theory of Preserving the Advanced Nature of CPC under the Condition of Socialist Market Economy

At its third plenary session,the 14th CPC Congress,CPC Central Committee adopted the decision on issues regarding construction of the socialist market economic system approved at the meeting.It is a significant transition in the new China's history.In accordance with the requirements of building up the socialist market economic system,the Party has been unceasingly strengthening the self-construction of preserving the advanced nature.The unique practice of preserving the advanced nature under the condition of socialist market economy in the history of Marxist political party has formed series of valuable experiences,which provide three important enlightenments for the following work of preserving the advanced nature.The Party has originally proposed the scientific theory of preserving the advanced nature under the condition of socialist market economy,and been working to build the long-term mechanism of preserving the advanced nature in the socialist market economy according to the backgrounds of the Party being in power and having been developing the socialist market economy.
