| 摘 要： | 很多企业由于缺乏对项目投资风险的有效识别、评估与合理应对,付出了沉重的代价。对于这一问题企业可以选用适当的方法识别与评估项目投资风险,采取合理策略应对风险,促进项目投资风险的有效管理。
