Principle of "Student Development" and Administration of Development of Overseas Chinese Students

In view of the importance of overseas Chinese students' administration in the higher education of overseas Chinese,this article explores the possible ways of managing overseas Chinese students on the principle of promoting student development,in the hope of achieving a balanced development of both groups of students from home and abroad.Specifically,campus cultural construction in the context of multi-cultural integration should deepen the understanding and identification of Chinese culture by overseas Chinese students,so that a congenial environment will be created where students from both home and abroad learn to accept mutual differences and live peacefully together.
