| Abstract: | In order to set up high-quality cadre ranks we must adhere to take "Three Represent's" as theguidance of our work. We must change the cadres' style of work, and make them reach an advanced level.We must continuously enhance our cadres' our cadres' ability to refuse malversation and guard against degenerates,and improve their qualities in an all - round way. In addition, we must take further steps to strengthen thesupervision and management of the leading cadres while intersifying the reformation of cadre system. |
