| 摘 要： | 国家行政机关的工作人员,都掌握着大大小小的权利,这种权利是一种直接的控制权、指挥权。随着政治体制和经济体制改革的深入,社会发生了急剧变化,情况错综复杂。加强行政伦理建设目的就是规范行政行为,优化行政效率,提高公务员队伍的行政伦理意识,适应新形势发展的需要,保证行政管理活动逐渐实现民主化、科学化和法制化。

| Abstract: | Officials in the state administration departments hold different control and supervision rights.With the deepen of the reform of the political system and economic system, the society has taken serious changes.The aim of enhancing the building of the administrative ethics is to regulate the administrative behavior,optimize the administrative efficiency,improve the awareness of the administrative ethics of civil servants, and adapt to the need of the development of the new times. |
