| 摘 要： | 高校中层管理干部是高校改革发展的具体领导者、组织者和真正实践者,在贯彻落实党的十六届四中全会精神,推动高校改革和发展的过程中,具有举足轻重的作用。因此,加强高校党的执政能力建设,首要任务是加强高校中层管理干部的思想政治建设,同时关键在于加强高校中层管理干部的管理能力培训。

| Abstract: | According to the analysis of the role of the middle level management of the university,the ability requirement of management is proposed under the new situation and the importance for the administrative ability training of the middle level management is emphasized. Aiming at the deficiency of the current training, the content of the management ability training are explained, and the effective ways and methods for training are put forward in this paper. |
