| 摘 要： | 高等学校承担着提高全民族整体素质,为国家建设和发展培养高素质人才的神圣使命,加强高校思想政治工作不能忽视教师这一主体。加强高校教师思想政治工作,必须以"三个代表"重要思想和科学发展观为指导,坚持以人为本的原则,切实做好学术带头人教育、管理、监督工作,重视中青年骨干教师的培养。
