| 摘 要： | 体育信息化推动运动竞赛管理变革的同时又会使运动竞赛管理向体育信息化提出新的要求,这样就使得体育信息化推动运动竞赛管理发展的关系转变为运动竞赛管理带动体育信息化升级、更新、换代的一种关系,这两种关系在某些条件下相互转换,即形成了体育信息化与运动竞赛管理变革的良性互动。
