| 摘 要： | 青少年违法犯罪已经成为一个严峻的社会问题,亟须高度重视,探究其产生的原因,并从中寻求对策,努力从家庭、学校、社会等方面入手,切实加强中学生的法制教育,通过全社会的密切配合共同努力,创设一个良好的育人环境,既能促进青少年的健康成长,更有利于社会的进步和发展。

| Abstract: | Juvenile delinquency and crime has become a serious social problem,which should be attached much importance.This article analyzed the causes and tried to find out the countermeasures.In addition,it was proposed that the legal system education be enhanced,and the good environment be created with the common efforts of all walks of the society. |
