摘    要:教师专业化成长已是当今世界教师教育的主潮流,是各国教育共同关注的焦点问题之一。在调查研究的基础上,从学生的视角对农村教师的专业发展现状进行分析,就促进农村中小学教师专业成长的内容和策略进行理论探讨,是农村教育发展研究的一个课题。
