| 摘 要： | 大力发展中小企业对我国经济发展的重要意义已经成为社会各界的广泛共识。但是中小企业在发展中尚存在很多困难和问题,尤其是融资困难已成为制约中小企业发展的重要因素。因此本文首先分析了目前中小企业间接融资困难的原因,进而提出了解决这一问题的若干政策措施。

| Abstract: | It is recognised that the medium-and small-sized enterprises play a significant part in the economic development in China. However, there are various difficulties and problems in their operation, and the most critical factor that restricts the development of medium- and small-sized enterprises is financing difficulty. This paper analyses the causes of indirect financing difficulties and puts farward the policy and measures to solve this problem. |
