| 摘 要： | 本文从人权赖以存在的社会事实出发,对人权所具有的权利义务二重性给以阐述,提出人权不仅仅是一项人之为人的权利,更是一项人之为人的义务,是权利与义务的高度统一。这不仅是理论上的论证与事实上的认定,更是我们人类生命本体的内在要求和外在表现,是人权对道德升华的必然要求和结果。

| Abstract: | Based on the social reality onwhich human rights, this article explicates the right-duty duality of human rights and points out that human rights, which are not only a right of man as man, but also a duty of man as man, are the high degree unity of rights and duties. That is not only demonstration in theory and identification in fact, but also internal requirement and external expression of the human life, as is the inevitable demand and result of human rights for the sublimation of morals. |
