关系人情取向与村落内生性公共权力——河北Y村选举分析

由于中国社会对于人际关系的重视，在探讨村民的选举行为时，不能忽略关系、人情这些具有一定影响力的因素。候选人的能力并不是投票的主导因素，感情网络与传统社会中对于关系、待人处事的社会期望深深地影响村民的行动逻辑。人情和关系成为村民投票和评价一个人的最重要指标，内生的公共权力被困在关系人情的强大力量中而失去自主性和培养民主文化的能力，有待理性民主的引导。

An Examination on the Social Orientation of Human Relationship and Endogenous Public Authority in Village

Because of Chinese society taking seriously of the httman relations, relations should not be ignored in discussing a villager＇s election behavior. Candidates＇ ability is really not the leading factor, however, the relation network and expectation of tradition society to human relations affect the villager＇s action logic deeply. Human feelings and relation have become an important index for villagers to cast a ballot and appraise one person, so the endogenous public authority in village should be guided by rational democracy.
