| 摘 要： | 深入分析入世对河北省利用外资的影响,对于确定科学合理的外资政策、推动河北的经济发展意义重大.从WTO原则、<与贸易有关的投资措施协议>和有代表性的中美、中欧世贸双边协议看,入世对河北利用外资的影响既是宏观的,又是具体的,表现出立体多维的特征.鉴于此,河北省必须采取合理对策,积极应对,以充分、合理地利用外资. |

| Abstract: | China's entry into WTO will greatly influence the utilization of foreign capital in Hebei province,therefore a thorough study and investigation of this issue is of great significance to the policy-making of foreigncapital and to the economic development of Hebei province. In the light of the principles of WTO, especiallythe Agreement on Trade-related Investment Measures, the Sino-American deals and the Sino-European agree-ments, China's entry into WTO is sure to have all-embracing and all-around influences upon the utilization offoreign capital in Hebei Province, either in macroscopic ways or microscopic ways. We must take reasonableand active countermeasures to make the best use of foreign capital. |
