| Abstract: | The entry to WTO makes the relationship between the management and the labour multi-faceted, complex and internationalized. Coordination from three perspectives will harmonize the relationship in question. These three perspectives are the role of the Trade Union, the efficient and effective settlement of disputes and collective negotiation. |
