| 摘 要： | 例是明清时代重要的法律形式。清代的例在很大程度上承袭了明代的例,但在语言、编纂、规定上又有所不同。本文通过对明清律例条文、注释的考证与比较,揭示了明清例之间的继承关系。

| Abstract: | Li is a very important legal form in Ming and Qing Dynasties. To a great degree, the Li in Qing Dynasty is the result of inheritance from the Li in Ming Dynasty, but the two Lis are quite different in language, compilation and regulations. This paper, by comparing and investigating the legal items and the interpretations in both Lis, intends to reveal the inheritance relationship between the Ming Li and Qing Li i. |
