| Abstract: | The "terrorist attack of September 11th" in the United States has evoked a world-wide concern of the international "nuclear terror". The paper starts from the concern and analyzes the nature of the international nuclear security regime in terms of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the Treaty on Non-Pro-liferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) and the supervising & inspecting procedure of IAEA. It finally points out the problems and challenges the regime has to face. |
