摘    要:在概述当今西方广为应用的培训评估方法及模式的基础上,着重分析评价了其代表人物D.L.Kirkpatrick的“四层评估法”,探讨了该模式在我国实施的可行性。文章旨在通过加强我国各类培训机构对评估的认识,促进评估手段的规范化,提高培训的质量。

Abstract:China's entry of WTO necessitates the personnel training in all types of China's businesses and institutions. This paper aims at firstly raising awareness of the importance of evaluation, and secondly introducing the prevalent western approaches to evaluation, and in particular, analyzing critically the widely used Kirkp-atrick's four-level evaluation approach in an attempt to help improve the quality and efficiency of training programmes, and ultimately promoting the training programmes evaluation in China.
