| Abstract: | In spite of the fact that the school of mind study remained the prevailing trend in the middle andlate half of Ming Dynasty, the study of Master Zhu Xi ran through the whole time of this dynasty. This papertraces, in line with the development course of their academic studies, the different schools of Zhu Xi studyrespectively in the times of Emperor Zhu Yuan-zhang; Emperor Zhu Di; Emperor Zhu Zhanji and EmperorZhu Jian-shen; Emperor Zhu Hou-chao and Emperor Zhu Hou-cong, and that of Dongcun school. |
