| 摘 要： | 循环经济是新世纪经济发展的理想模式,在我国发展循环经济存在着技术上、管理上和观念上的障碍。应该通过建立法律法规、推行绿色核算、开发绿色技术、推广绿色消费等途径解决消除这些障碍。
