| Abstract: | The real estate market consists of the first degree market and the second degree one.The second degree market consists of consumption market and investment one.However,the existing policies only focus on consumption one with ignorance to the investment one which has a great potential.As a matter of fact,only the real estate market attracts the investment by all the people,can it make both the first degree and second degree markets prosperous. |
