摘    要:法学是一门实践性很强的学科,而刑法学涉及犯罪及刑事责任的认定,其与实践联系就更为紧密。为培养学生在分析刑事案例过程中的法律思维能力、语言组织能力等,需要在讲授刑法学基本理论知识的基础上进行实践教学。角色模拟教学则是实践教学中应用广泛且效果较好的一种主要教学方式。作者结合自己教学的经验,探讨了刑事实践教学的必要性及开展《刑事案例分析》实验课角色模拟教学的具体方式,并就教学过程中发现的问题及如何改进进行了探讨。

On the Construction of Role Simulation Teaching System of Experimental Class in Criminal Case Analysis

Abstract:Law is a practical subject.Punishment Law involves crime and criminal responsibility determination,so its contact with practice is more closely.In order to train the students’ legal thinking ability,language ability of organization and so on in the process of criminal case analysis,we need to teach the basic theory knowledge in the teaching of criminal law on the basis of practical teaching.Role simulation teaching is widely used in the practical teaching and is an effective teaching method.With their own teaching experience,the authors discuss the necessity of criminal practice teaching and the specific ways of role simulation teaching of experimental class of Criminal Case Analysis,and discuss how to improve the problems found in the process of the teaching.
