| 摘 要： | 从语言分析出发 ,可知“成人”一词有“成年人”和“成就人”的双重含义 ;由此可以推导出“成人教育”有“针对成年人的教育 (继续教育、终身教育 )”和“成就人格的教育 (道德教育、素质教育 )”的双重含义。现代素质教育 ,超越了传统道德教育 ,追求人的终极关怀 ,使得成人教育更具有了人文教育的新理念
