| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来,人才在社会发展中扮演着重要角色,人才流动成为一种常见现象。由于其独特性,高校人才流动在人才流动中越来越引人关注。在联盟博弈的基本思想下,高校人才流动被视是人才与高校之间建构的一种动态的联盟关系,实现人才的良性流动的根本路径是参与人（人才与高校）不断提升自己的能力。惟其如此,人才与高校均能够在结成的联盟中实现自身的最大收益。

| Abstract: | With the knowledge economical era coming,talents play important roles in social development,and the flow of talented people have become a common phenomenon.Due to its uniqueness,the flow of talented people among colleges and universities are received more and more attention.Under the basic frame of coalitional game theory,the flow of the talents among universities are considered as one kind of dynamic coalition between the talents and high schools,and lifting power is the best way to realize well flow of the talents for talents and high schools,they all can gain their maximized profitability in coalition they formed. |
