| 摘 要： | 在国外,工作生活质量研究比较深入,从1990年代至今,国内相关研究较少.工作生活质量文献数量较少,学术界对工作生活质量做不同的界定,提出了一些评价工作生活质量的指标,工作生活质量的研究内容主要集中在六个方面.总体来看,国内工作生活质量研究方面存在明显的问题与缺陷.

| Abstract: | In overseas,the researchon the quality of work & life(QWL) is quite thorough.Since 1990,there have been few related research in China.The literature quantity of QWL are few,and the academic circle makes different definitions to the quality of work & life,and proposes some evaluation indexes of QWL,and the research content of QWL mainly focuses on six aspects.The research of QWL in China has the obvious problem and the flaw. |
