滇、苏两省中小学音乐教师校本培训保障状况研究

摘    要:建立完善有效的中小学音乐教师校本培训保障体系,是深入推进我国中小学音乐教师继续教育体系的必然选择,是事关整个中小学音乐教师队伍质量的重要保证。本文就云南省和江苏省构建中小学音乐教师校本培训保障体系的措施进行了比较研究,认为在构建中小学音乐教师校本培训保障体系的道路上,各方面力量都必须加快步伐,促进均衡优化发展。

Abstract:To establish a perfect and effective guarantee system of school-based training of music teachers in primary and middle schools is inevitable choice to advance continuous education system of China’s music teachers in primary and middle schools,and is important guarantee of the quality of them.This essay contrasts the measures of how to create guarantee system of the school-based training of music teachers in primary and middle schools in Yunnan and Jiangsu Province,and concludes that people in all aspects should step up the pace and improve the optimized and balanced development.
