论垄断竞争市场下旅行社的品牌化经营

摘    要:面对日益开放的市场和日益激烈的国内外竞争,我国旅行社要想在竞争中取胜,求得生存和发展,唯有不断提升自身实力,在竞争中获得竞争优势。本文分析了我国旅行社经营中存在的突出问题,指出了我国旅行社应通过做好品牌的定位与设计、加强品牌的全面管理、开展品牌的多种营销、进行品牌的不断创新等具体措施来实行品牌化经营。

Abstract:Facing more open market and more fierce competition from home and abroad,only by promoting strength and obtaining competitive advantages can Chinese agencies in region survive and develop.This article studies the serious problems in Chinese agencies'operation,points that Chinese agencies should practice brand operation by positioning and designing brand,managing brand,marketing brand and innovating brand.
