| 摘 要： | 党的第三代领导集体的和平发展理念强调"以和为贵、和睦相处;和而不同、和谐共进;和衷共济、科学发展;和平统一、一国两制",这是对人类面临的矛盾和问题的深刻反思,是对中国和平崛起新道路的理性探求,体现了党的理想追求、价值观念、思维方式和行为方式,是对三大规律的科学认识,是与时俱进的理论创新。强化和平发展理念对于建立公正合理的国际新秩序,维护世界多样性;树立和落实科学发展观;构筑社会主义和谐社会极具理论价值和实践意义。
