| 摘 要： | 中国共产党建党90多年来,党内监督制度建设经历了初步探索、曲折发展、逐步健全与完善等三个阶段。进一步健全与完善党内监督制度,一方面要强化党员监督的主体地位,建立科学的党内监督领导体制,加强党内权力制约机制建设;另一方面要建立和完善公开监督机制,突出抓好党的领导机关和领导干部权力监督这个重点和核心,把党内监督与党外监督结合起来。

| Abstract: | Since the foundation of Chinese Communist Party over 90 years ago, the within-Party supervision system construction witnesses three stages of preliminary exploration, development of twists and turns, and increasing soundness and improvement. For its further development, on one hand, we should strengthen the major role of Party members as the subject of supervision, construct a scientific leadership system of within-Party supervision, and solidify the construction of within-Party constraining system; on another hand, we should establish and improve the system of public supervision focusing on the supervision of leading Party institutions and Party leaders and coordinating the inside and outside supervision. |
